so this is my first shot at roundmaille, and i'm rather pleased with the results. i've been hesitating to try it because i always thought it would be flat and wouldn't keep it's round shape. it's kind of masculine in it's thickness, but i figured i've never been very feminine before, so why start now.

i could use smaller rings, and then it would definitely be more feminine. it's not so bad how it is now though, but i could see how some of the ladies would think it to be too big.
i know what you mean. i love 3d art, crafts and the like. it's so cool to think, "wow, someone made that with their hands." then again, i guess that's the only way to do art, but i'm always so impressed with artisan crafts.
thank you for the wonderful complement.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

You have no idea how relieving it is to see metal works on this site! It's so refreshing.
I have the utmost respect for both photography and digital art, but sometimes I just want to see something 3D and different!
It's a beautiful piece too.

The days pass by and change,
without us even realizing how blue the sky really is.
It is rather masculine but since when has that been a bad thing?
